- Technical Issues: If the platform fails to deliver services due to technical errors or downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours.
- Subscription Cancellations:
- For monthly subscriptions, refunds may be issued if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the subscription start date and no significant usage of the platform occurred.
- For annual subscriptions, a pro-rata refund may be issued if cancellation occurs within 14 days of purchase and no significant usage of the platform occurred.
